MILLAMAN CASA MILLAMAN RED BLEND 2018
Millaman Casa Millaman Red Blend
2018 Vintage
Vivino 4.3 ★★★★✰
Catad’Or World Wine Awards 2021 – Oro GOLD
Casa Millaman is our icon wine blend with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Carmenere, produced only during those years in which the full expression of our terroir of unique conditions in Curicó is achieved. The name Casa Millaman is in honor of the old colonial house of more than 150 years where the Canepa family used to live. Casa Millaman has proven to be an exceptional wine, in which flavors and aromas are perfectly combined, resulting in a strong expression of the terroir, great body and concentration. Aged in new French oak barrel for 26 months in the underground cellar.
Tasting notes
Wine naturally clean and stable, has a deep red color with purple tints. Intense black and red fruits, spices, anise and rosehip. It is a very elegant wine of great body that seduces us with its sweet and friendly tannins. It is linear and of great complexity. Deep body, structured, lively, long and complex.
Wine & Food Match
The perfect pairing for this Casa Millaman Red Blend is a churrasco steak with potatoes au gratin, and generally goes well with poultry, beef or lamb.

VIÑA MILLAMAN (Hacienda El Condor Sa)
The Legend of the Golden Condor
The name Millaman comes from the Mapuche language and means “Golden Condor“. José Canepa, an italian immigrant, bought Hacienda El Condor in Curicó Valley in 1946. In 1998, he expanded it in order to perpetuate the winemaking tradition with his 3 daughters. This led to the creation of Viña Millaman. The wine cellar, with walls of adobe of more than 100 years, was carefully restored preserving the Chilean colonial style.
