Kessler-Zink Riesling Auslese
Auslese (selected harvest), a white wine of German origin or style made from selected bunches of grapes picked later than the general harvest.
Made from grapes that have been carefully selected and harvested at the peak of ripeness. The result is a wine with a bright, golden-yellow hue and a complex aroma of ripe stone fruits, honey, and white flowers. On the palate, Kessler-Zink Auslese Riesling is full-bodied and rich, with a creamy texture and a long, lingering finish. The wine has a balanced acidity and a pleasant sweetness that is balanced by a hint of minerality. Tasting notes include flavors of ripe apricot, honey, and white flowers, with a hint of citrus and a touch of spice.
