Single Vineyard | Range | Soul Growers

The Single Vineyard range represents the very best wines from our individual 5th generation grape growing families and historic vineyards. These vineyards are from the most famous Barossa sub regions and the very best barrel selection from the vintage. They represent the very pinnacle of grape growing and winemaking. They are the very Soul of the Barossa.

Our single vineyard wines are the pinnacle of winemaking at Soul Growers, harnessing the individual vineyards uniqueness of site with careful and respectful winemaking.

25 year old vines in Seppeltsfield, destemmed, open-fermented, 7 days on skins, matured for 21 months in French hogsheads (50% new). This ever so classy cabernet defies belief – the warm vintage, the alcohol and the Seppeltsfield district should have conspired to make this an impossible dream. It’s positively juicy and elegant, with cassis/blackcurrant, bay leaf and sprightly tannins.
