Deep bold crimson. Alluring and complex aromas of black cherry, plum, spice and violet, that carry through to the palate. Velvety soft, supple and understated but complex and refined. Beautiful concentration and succulence with balanced oak support.

VARIETIES: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%)
REGION: Darling and Cape Town – Western Cape
AGEING: French oak for a period of 9 months, and at least 3 months of bottle ageing
GUARDING POTENTIAL: 5 years ±
SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
FITS TO: Delicious with oxtail and other meat casseroles and stews, grilled red meat as well as robust pizza and pasta dishes
