Montes Classic Malbec

The wine is deep ruby-red, tinged with purple at the rim. The nose delivers intense ripe fruit, such as cranberry, blackberry, and black plum, mingled with well-defined notes of nutmeg, toast and dulce de leche, derived from the French oak. The palate is balanced and broad, with smooth tannins and a medium body. The finish is long and in line with the nose.

AGEING: 40% of the wine was aged for 6 months in first use French oak barrels
GUARDING POTENTIAL: 6 years ±
SERVE: Serve at 17 – 19ºC
PAIRING: Ideal to serve with Beef Carpaccio or Beef Steak Tartare
