Katnook Estate Shiraz captures the elegance and underlying power of classic cool climate Shiraz. Whilst Coonawarra is better known for Cabernet Sauvignon, the region produces outstanding Shiraz, which are characterised by a white pepper/anise overtone.

AGEING: Selected parcels were maturated for an average of 19 months with 40% in Hogs Heads and remainder in older barriques
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years
SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
PAIRING: Try with aged cheddar or vegan chocolate tart
