Ultra Malbec is our most genuine expression of Malbec, combining the best attributes from three terroirs in the Uco Valley. Deep ruby red in colour, with purple tones and a wonderful display of rich aromas. The nose is enticing and spicy with floral notes.

VARIETIES: 100% Malbec
REGION: Gualtallary, Altamira and Los Chacayes, Uco Valley
AGEING: Ageing in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 second use, 1/3 third use) for 12 months, then 6 months in bottle before being released
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Enjoy now or will cellar well up to 6 years
SERVE: Serve at 15ºC – 16ºC
PAIRING: Try this well-balanced red with casserole or not too elaborate red meat dishes or just enjoy with ripe cheese
