AGEING: Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in the concrete tanks. Ageing in concrete tanks for 12 months, then 6 months in bottle before being released
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Enjoy now or will cellar well up to 10 years
SERVE: Serve at 15ºC – 16ºC
PAIRING: Grilled Meat, Roasted Vegetables, and Seasoned Cheeses with Yellow Crust.

Three terroirs. Three expressions of Malbec from the Mendoza Andes. In Argentina we are proud of our Malbec, that is why at Kaiken we challenged ourselves and decided to embark on a new adventure. The imposing mountain range, which serves as a backdrop to Bodega Kaiken, was the inspiration for the search for authentic Malbec from the Mendoza Andes.

The result of our exploration was the discovery of three exceptional microterroirs: two in Chacayes, located on the northern and southern slopes of the Arroyo Grande that runs through our farm, and a third in the Canota Valley.
