Elderton Command Shiraz
Bold, structured, rich, powerful and elegant. Deep crimson. Brooding fruit with hints of roasted coffee bean. Spiced plums with cloves and a lovely blackforest note. Bold yet restrained layers of tannin carry the fruit to a long and seamless finish laced with the power of fruit.
VARIETIES: Shiraz, vines aged 126 years old (planted in 1894)

AGEING: 30 months in new French and American puncheons
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Drink now or cellar confidently for 15 – 20 years
SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
