Aged at freezing temperature for one year, resulting in a modest aroma, balanced fruitiness and umami which followed by a round texture. Dry and its fragrance is clean and crisp with a well-defined sold backbone of flavor and supporting acidity. It is neither cloying nor boring, excellent and elegant sake.
