The Nugan family history in Australia spans three generations. The Third-Generation label represents the family’s tradition of quality and excellence. Talinga Park was once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic fruit trees. It is now the name of Nugan Estate’s range featuring wine of exceptional quality. The Talinga Park range continues to over-deliver on both value and quality.

Talinga Park Cabernet Merlot
Balance, with excellent colour and fruit concentration. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fruit were harvested at optimum ripeness in the cool of the night to preserve delicate fruit flavours. After picking, the grapes were crushed, yeasted and pumped over in a traditional style to avoid the extraction of bitter tannins. The wine was then fermented and matured with some American and French oak treatment.

Winemakers Comments
Deep crimson with youthful purple hues. A medium bodied wine that showcases the youthful aromas of ripe red berry fruits, and rich aromas of plum entwined with spicy flavours and hints of herbs and dark chocolate. On the palate, concentrated blackcurrant and plum, layered with spice, complex silky tannins and subtle well-integrated oak to finish.
