A Wood Dragon whisky from Douglas Laing that embodies the auspicious Zodiac of the Chinese Lunar Year, released as part of its Old Particular Elemental Dragon series. Distilled at Grain Girvan distillery in 2008 and charged from a refill hogshead, this delightful single grain is one of 266 bottles produced.

Tasting Note
Its nose offers cereal and yeast notes, accompanied by toffee, stewed fruits, and plenty of brown sugar. The palate impresses with immediate toffee sweetness that carried through to the midpalate and finish, along with raisins and more cereal notes.
