This release of Port Dundas single grain is brought to us as part of the Old Particular Elemental Dragon collection by Douglas Laing! This Earth Dragon whisky represents the auspicious Zodiac of the Chinese Lunar Year, distilled in 2004, drawn from a refill barrel and yielding a total of 163 bottles.

Tasting Note
The nose features bold, spicy aromas typical of single grain whisky, with a hint of grassiness. On the palate, it starts off dry, transitioning to a creamy midpalate, and finishes with a subtle funkiness and continued grassy notes.
