This frizzante (little bubble) Lambrusco shows all those classic flavours of super ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry with lovely palate density.

It is excellent as an aperitif and goes perfectly with the typical pastry and desserts of Emilia. Ruby red with purple reflections. Spritzy, light, fruity and floral with nuances of roses and underbrush and small red fruit. A semi-sweet and very pleasant wine with a distinctive raspberry taste.

SERVE: Serve at 8° – 12° C
PAIRING: A light and very versatile wine: superb as an aperitif and party wine or during any part of the meal especially with Italian “antipasti” (salami and cold cuts) and delicate first-course dishes.

Lambrusco (the Province of Modena) is a red wine grape from which an Italian red wine is prepared. It is a bright coloured grape and is one of the most loved red wines. Lambrusco is a common grape in most of the wine regions in Italy.

There are more than 60 Lambrusco varieties of grapes, but the most common Lambrusco varieties are Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Montericco, Lambrusco Sorbara and Lambrusco Salamino.
