MILLAMAN CONDOR CARMENERE
Millaman Condor Carmenère
Tasting notes
A delicious, yet lesser known grape varietal, Chilean Carmenère results in fantastically beautiful, medium-bodied, fruit-forward wines. With gentle tannins and deep crimson colors, you can expect an array of berries, red fruits, spice, smokiness and earth on both the nose and palate. Carmenère goes really well with menus containing savory flavors and spice.
Wine & Food Match
Enjoy a Carmenère with anything from steak to BBQ, to red-sauce pasta.

VIÑA MILLAMAN
The Legend of the Golden Condor
The name Millaman comes from the Mapuche language and means “Golden Condor“. José Canepa, an italian immigrant, bought Hacienda El Condor in Curicó Valley in 1946. In 1998, he expanded it in order to perpetuate the winemaking tradition with his 3 daughters. This led to the creation of Viña Millaman. The wine cellar, with walls of adobe of more than 100 years, was carefully restored preserving the Chilean colonial style.
