The fruit is sourced from a number of specifically chosen low cropping vineyards planted in the Southern Valleys region of Marlborough. known for it’s dark and full flavour Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes
Ruby red, ripe raspberry and rich savoury notes. A fruit forward palate of black cherry and berry fruits, with delicate savoury notes and a toasty oak finish.

Wine & Food Match
Stews, wild mushrooms and root vegetables also make good pairings with. Best served slightly chilled.
