Slightly fruity, well-balanced, with a clean taste and a lively finish. At a cold temperature (+10°C) it expresses sweet notes of ginger. At higher temperatures, its fresh scent really stands out. It expresses notes of red apples and reveals the refreshing sweetness of comice pears. All types of cuisine and dishes; wonderful for Steaming Mussels, Scallops, White Fish. Perfect with Dashi Broth and Dashi Broth Based Dishes.
