Deep plum red with crimson hues. An array of ripe plum, raspberry and a hint of spice combined with vanillin oak aromas. Complex layers of rich plum and red berries seamlessly integrate with oak maturation notes. Excellent structure and fine-grained tannins contribute to a lengthy, lingering finish.

AGEING: Matured for 36 months in a combination of 61% French (31% new) and 39 % American (21% new) barriques and hogshead oak barrels
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Cellared correctly, Prodigy will age gracefully for up to 20 years
SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
PAIRING: The concentrated flavours of Prodigy will match full flavoured dishes such wagyu beef teppanyaki, herb crusted rack of lamb or roasted vegetable risotto
