Deep crimson red with purple hues. Bouquet: Bright, lifted, dark cherry, raspberry with liquorice, dark chocolate and vanillin. Palate: A dense and vibrant wine of red and blackberry fruit flavours with hints of aniseed, mocha and dark chocolate. Fine tannins and soft acid balance provide a long and elegant finish.

Based on the drinking preferences of Asians, Hardys Winery has specially brewed two red wines: Hardys 1853 Series Bin 858 Shiraz and Bin 853 Cabernet Sauvignon!

Everyone should be familiar with Hardys Winery. It was founded in 1853 and is the number one wine brand in Australia. The 1853 series of wineries was specially developed for the Asian market. The 2019 vintage is the first vintage. There are two wines in this series, Bin 858 Shiraz red wine and Bin 853 Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.

Bin 858 Shiraz, the grapes used to make this wine, 51% from Barossa Valley, 48% from Clare Valley, 1% from McLaren Vale, Clare Valley has a cooler climate, the more famous white wine Riesling, but this wine uses Nearly half of the wine is made from Clare Valley red Shiraz grapes, which is quite special. After the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, it is aged for 16 months in three different specifications (225 liters, 500 liters and 2500 liters) and three different French oak barrels (Francois Freres, Damy and Taransaud, 25% used new barrels).
