Grant Burge Filsell Shiraz
Inky purple, deep and dark with bright vibrant hues. A beautifully aromatic bouquet, showcasing violets with hints of rosemary and freshly baked cinnamon buns. Serious Shiraz black fruits are evident, highlighting the complexity of this wine. Iconic Barossa Shiraz. The tannins are firm but fine, with a full weight and texture carrying milk chocolate, cacao nibs and cherry ripe fruit. Full, yet beautifully balanced with intense flavours, the wine carries through for an intensely long finish.

The story of Grant Burge is one of the past, the present, and the future. Planting their roots in the Barossa Valley in 1865, the Burges began as a family of devoted vignerons. For five generations, they spent their days toiling on the land, understanding the soil, and from it, growing grapes that would become premium wines of today.
Filsell has long been regarded as one of the region’s most Iconic Barossa Shiraz. Today, this wine continues to herald the legacy through careful vineyard selection and meticulous winemaking, 2020 is sourced from and around the renowned Filsell vineyard, offering classic Barossa notes of violets, spices, chocolate and rich fruit – it’s a wine of immense generosity and great complexity.
