A fabulous 21 Year Old bottling from Glenfiddich, and as its name suggests this particular single malt was finished in casks used previously to age Caribbean rum for four months! Some cask influence in the form of tropical fruit and spicy ginger to be found in here.
Aroma: Beeswax and honey, with milky coffee, buttered brioche, apples, pears and orange zest
Taste: Sweet and rich with a thick mouthfeel. Soft spice and orchard fruit balance sweet caramel
Finish: Apples and pears with dark chocolate and a touch of spice
