The combination of Cabernet Franc, Tannat, Merlot, and Marselan in this Cabernet de Corte reveals aromas of spices, herbs, and green pepper. Gentle and silky in the mouth, it expresses notes of spices, soft black fruits, and berries.

VARIETIES: 80% Cabernet Franc 10% Tannat 5% Merlot and 5% Marselan
REGION: Coastal Maldonado, Uruguay
AGEING: 3 – 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks
GUARDING POTENTIAL: 3 – 5 YEARS
SERVE: Serve at 14 – 18ºC
PAIRING: Roasted pork or poultry curry with tomato, bittersweet turkey or crispy roasted trout. Goat, Camembert, or Fontina cheeses are ideal pairings.
