Frederick Old Vine Shiraz Cabernet

GRAPES: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon
AGEING PERIOD: French oak maturation for 18 months. Limited production.
CELLARING POTENTIAL: 4 – 8 years

Rich ripe figs and hints of walnut and dark chocolate notes. Stewed plums and dried raisins. A full- bodied wine due to the vintage that produced slow ripening, quality fruit and lower yields. Hints of herbaceous notes on back palate with overlay of fresh plums and fig. A wine that will develop and offer approachability and a full flavor on the palate to enjoy. Serve 16°C – 18°C.
