Château Féret-Lambert | of | Vignobles Sulzer
Château Féret-Lambert is located in the wine-growing comune of Grézillac, in the heart of Entre Deux Mers, 35km east of Bordeaux and produces exclusively red wine in the Bordeaux Supérieur Appellation. This Domaine has been in the FERET family for 4 generations. In 1996, Henri Féret bought it and with his brother-in-law Olivier Sulzer, a winegrower in Saint-Emilion, decided to revive the vineyard and its terroir. This property already appears in the first edition of “Bordeaux et ses Vins” of 1856.
We produce exclusively red wine in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation. Today, there are 20 hectares under vine with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The soil is limestone-clay that contains fossilized starfish.
