A 21 years of maturation allows for even further development and intensity of flavour. It’s rare to find quality casks of this age, especially those that have imparted such silky complexity. The additional time spent in oak creates a luxurious richness to the whiskey. A treasure hunt for heather honey. Creamy macadamia nuts and chewy beeswax swarm the palate. Plush with orange, dried fruits, toasted coconut, silky oak and a trace of smoke.

Appearance: Amber golden
Nose: Runny honey, dried fruits, and biscuity malt enlivened by a fresh, zesty quality, and notes of waxed citrus
Palate: Silky vanilla and creamy oak lead to refined smoke, with notes of marzipan, candied orange, and floral fruit
Finish: Ripe white peach, sultanas, and a good wave of honey, a smidge of wood smoke, backed up by caramelised almonds and a touch of toasted coconut
