Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb, full-bodied, structured wine. It stands out for its tense and compact profile, fine and ripe tannins and balanced acidity.

REGION: Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina
AGEING: Ageing in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 second use, 1/3 third use) for 12 months, then 6 months in bottle before being released
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Enjoy now or will cellar well up to 6 years
SERVE: Serve at 15ºC – 16ºC
PAIRING: Try this well-balanced red with Slow-braised veal, spicy shredded beef, and mature cheeses
