Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Deep crimson/red with an intense dark core. Aromatics here for such a young Cabernet. Redcurrant bun, classic cassis, red cherry with some pleasant earthy and savoury depth pushing the fruits notes up. Chocolate, almond and honeycomb notes complement the fruit notes. Raspberry and plum are complimented by subtle fragrant oak at the back palate, leading to a clean fine finish.

AGEING: Matured for 14 months in new and season French oak barrels (24% new). 60% in 300L hogsheads, 34% in 225L barriques and 6% in 3000L wooden vats.

SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
