Palate: Warm and inviting. The palate detects an avalanche of exotic flavours, glazed nectarines and frangipane, shortly enlightened by hints of sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges
Finish: Complex and rich. Fruit cake, over ripe apricots
