Tasting notes
COLOUR: Wine naturally clean and stable, has a deep red colour with purple tints.
AROMAS: Complex wine. Firstly ripe black fruit, to then show floral notes like violets. Notes of sweet spices, green tea and green peppers.
PALATE: Linear entry, juicy, concentrated and tannic sweetness. Very elegant and delicate with a great vivacity.
“It has floral notes, but it also has lots of very ripe red fruit in a body of round and creamy tannins. This is an ample wine, but it’s not cloying. Some touches of smoke and spices that blend very well with its fruity notes.” – 92/100, Patricio Tapia – Descorchados
Wine & Food Match

VIÑA MILLAMAN (Hacienda El Condor Sa)
The Legend of the Golden Condor
The name Millaman comes from the Mapuche language and means “Golden Condor“. José Canepa, an italian immigrant, bought Hacienda El Condor in Curicó Valley in 1946. In 1998, he expanded it in order to perpetuate the winemaking tradition with his 3 daughters. This led to the creation of Viña Millaman. The wine cellar, with walls of adobe of more than 100 years, was carefully restored preserving the Chilean colonial style.
