Explosion of fruit aromatics from Melon to Apricot with a floral touch. Perfect balance of sweetness with a smidget of astringency and a citrusy aftertaste. Overall medium-bodied with a nuanced richness where a mild umami spreads gently in the mouth. A well-crafted sake to enjoy in a wine glass. Very elegant! Brewer of the Year at the 2019 and 2020 International Wine Challenge. Great accompaniment to food like Vinegared Salads (Sunomono), Shabu Shabu, Yakitori, Seafood, Raw Fish, Oysters, Tofu.
