A delightful clear crème de cacao from Burgundy based producer Joseph Cartron, which has been in the business of liqueur making since 1882.

Chocolaty, yet clear, this bottling is a bartender’s dream, adding depth and complexity to drinks without changing their colour. The product is made with cacao beans from the Ivory Coast – known for being one of the world’s best producing nations of chocolate. The beans are crushed and roasted before being distilled in a pot-still, producing a spirit with a greater character. Clear crème de cacao has many uses in cocktails, most notably an ingredient in the classic Twentieth Century cocktail.
