Deep crimson red with purple hues. Bouquet: Mulberry, plum and cassis with mint, violets and mocha tones. Palate: The palate is structured and elegant with ripe red and black currants, blackberry, liquorice, choc mint, vanillin and coffee bean. A full flavoured wine with a fleshy sweet palate, great complexity and texture with fine tannins and a long finish

Based on the drinking preferences of Asians, Hardys Winery has specially brewed two red wines: Hardys 1853 Series Bin 858 Shiraz and Bin 853 Cabernet Sauvignon!

Everyone should be familiar with Hardys Winery. It was founded in 1853 and is the number one wine brand in Australia. The 1853 series of wineries was specially developed for the Asian market. The 2019 vintage is the first vintage. There are two wines in this series, Bin 858 Shiraz red wine and Bin 853 Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.

The grapes of Bin 853 Cabernet Sauvignon are 70% from Coonawarra, 10% from McLaren Vale, 8% from Frankland River, 8% Clare Valley and 4% Margaret River. It is also fermented in stainless steel barrels. After fermentation is completed, it is fermented in American and French oak barrels. 25% aged in new barrels for 16 months.
