Tastes like a cool crisp breeze over windswept golden sands. Edinburgh Gin Seaside is a distillation encapsulating the wonder of our shoreline. This softly sweet, mineralistic gin uses botanicals that were foraged on beaches around Edinburgh, making the gin reminiscent of a bracing walk on a Scottish beach.

#Best served with tonic, a twist of grapefruit, garnish with thyme, and plenty of ice.

TASTING NOTES

Bladderwrack seaweed is high in residual sugar and adds a sweetness to the nose and palate, bringing with it the scent of sea air. Scurvy grass carries a slight spice and salinity. Ground ivy adds fresh, summery grass notes to the finish. A unique and inspired gin that stimulates the senses and transports you to the shoreline around Edinburgh. Perfect all year round, just like Scotland’s beaches.
