Brambles and honey – a timeless combination. Not timeless in the sense that it exists outside of our concept of time and… Y’know what, never mind. This is a marvellous expression from the Edinburgh Gin folks that sees their gin infused with fresh brambles and honey. It’s great in a G&T, though more than flavoursome enough to be served simply over ice with a good whack of lime.

#A refreshingly rich Bramble Spritz comes together in seconds at number two. It comes together beautifully with 50ml Bramble & Honey Gin, a dash of elderflower cordial (or our Elderflower Liqueur if you feel like a bigger kick), top with soda and a lemon twist to garnish. Serve it in your favourite wide stemmed wine glass.
