In 1987, three winemakers decided to create the Domaine Du Chardonnay by joining their vineyards and their know-how. In 2019, the Domaine du Chardonnay was handed over to two new partners, Arnaud NAHAN and Thomas LABILLE. One is in charge of the business and the management of the vineyard and the other, the cellar and the vinification. Located in the heart of Chablis, at the foot of the Grands Cru hill, the Domaine Du Chardonnay is situated near a water mill, on the banks of the Serein. The estate is HVE 3 and EVE VEGAN certified.

We produce wines on a surface of 34 hectares, the diversitée of the appellations which we produce makes it possible to have a very beautiful representation of the soil Chablisien. Our Right Bank and Left Bank Premier Cru appellations show us how much the soil, the exposure, the wind influence the aromas and the behaviour of a wine.

Tasting notes
Light yellow color, the nose offers us mixed notes of flowers and white fruits (lime and peach). The mouth is structured and lively with a nice minerality.

Wine & Food Match
Perfect accompaniment to white meats with sauces, as well as slightly spicy sauces and blue-veined cheeses. Serve between 12 – 14°C
