An Imperial Baltic Porter brewed with Bisongrass and aged in apple brandy barrels, in collaboration with Pinta Barrel Brewing.

Taste: Herbal spiciness meets with sweet espresso and sour cherry before mixing with notes of oak and candied autumnal apples.

Appearance: Jet black with a dark brown head.

Nose: Toffee apples and spicy bison grass jumps out of the glass, before being joined by fresh pair drop candies, hints of cinnamon, and a lingering aroma of malty sweetness.

Malts: Pilsner zero, Aromatic malt, Carafa special T-2, Cherry smoked pale malt, DRC
