Photographer Erik Madigan Heck has captured the complexity of Sherry Oak 25 Years Old, bringing to life the flavours of raisin, dried orange, black cherries and rich oak.

Nose: Dried orange slices, raisins, sultanas and apricot with ginger syrup and oak
Palate: Rich dried fruits, black cherries and chocolate with crystallised ginger and toasted almonds
