Katnook Founder’s Block Shiraz
Medium crimson with light purple hues in appearance. Quintessential shiraz aromas of blue fruits and spice flow from the glass. The palate presents blue fruits, spices and a lovely synergy between fruit and tannins. A wine to enjoy now or for the next few years.

AGEING: Matured in a combination of older French and American oak barrels for two and a half months
GUARDING POTENTIAL: Enjoy now or will cellar well up to five years
SERVE: Serve at 16ºC – 18ºC
PAIRING: Pairs beautifully with matured cheddar or parmesan, matches well with dark chocolate tart
