GRAPES: 100% Pinot Noir, Vegan-friendly
AGEING PERIOD: Hand harvested and fermented in small open top fermenters. Matured in French oak barrels for 7 months, storage advice : Enjoy now or if you are a patient appreciator of wine, you can cellar for 5+ years.

This beautiful drop was harvested from the Single vineyard at the Cowslip valley vineyard in Waihopai Valley. at precisely the right time to create a silky velvet, dark garnet coloured Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes
Full bodied elegant style. Deep Dark Garnet red, a mix of complex ripe fruit aromas and perfumed florals with darker notes underneath. Black cherries and aromatic perfumed plum flavours. A perfectly balanced tannin and fruit synergy gives drive and length the the palate. The finish is long and savoury with complex briny notes and a hint of toasty oak.

Wine & Food Match
Wonderful served with duck or wild game. Best served at around 16 – 18ºC.
